Q. 1: When can I return the product received from Finyourbooks.in?
You can return the book (product) in case of following circumstances:
· You received a faulty/defective product.
· You received a physically damaged book.
· The Book is different from description on the website
· Subject book is not what you ordered.
· Received books in different medium then what you ordered.
· Unexpected delay in delivery (Product not delivered within 15 days or more)
Q.2: Is there any book/product that is not eligible for return/replacement?
All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:
· Books that have been used or made marks on it by User.
· Books which were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
· Books can’t be returned if you don’t like the content or you are not impressed by author/publisher.
· All the BOOKS Return/ Replacement request will not be considered if the request is not raised within 24hrs of the delivery, that too only in the circumstances as mentioned in above Q.1.
Q.3: What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?
· Products must be in their original condition
· Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
· Brand packaging should be intact
· If the product value is less than Rs. 1000, amount will be refunded
· Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same
· Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
Q.4: How can I return the product received from Findyourbooks.in?

We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
Q.5: What if Findyourbooks.in’s courier partner doesn’t serve my location?
In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount in cash up to Rs. 200.

Q.8: What do I do if product received is different from the description on Findyourbooks.in?
In case you receive a product that is different then description mentioned on our website, we request you to write us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or send a massage on our whatsapp helpline 97116 95146 within 24 hrs of receipt of your order. We will cross check with your complaint and provide you satisfactory answers to your concern if found fault from our end, we will initiate the return process. You can choose to have refund/ replacement of the product.
Q.9: Received books in different medium then what you ordered.?
In case you have ordered a book in Hindi Medium but you received it in English medium or otherwise, then you can raise the return or replacement request by sending massage on whatsapp 97116 95146 or write us an email on email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID and registered email id. We will initiate the replacement process, our shipping partner will pick the books from your address and we will dispatch new set against this.
Q.10: What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Findyourbooks.in?
Replacements are made on the basis of availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation.
Q.11: I placed an order on Findyourbook.in, Payment deducted but order was not placed?
Your payment is secured. In case of you place and order and (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking) payment deducted from your account but order was not placed, it means there might have been some network fluctuation or a verification issue, In normal situation the amount should automatically be refunded via same source/account as you had made payment from within 72 working hours. However, you can always notify us with the issue at our whatsapp helpline 9711695146, we will try to resolve it immediately.
Q.12: I paid cash on delivery; how would I get the refund?
If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Findyourbooks will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account.
Q.13: What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?
Once you agree for NEFT refund, you will receive an email from Findyourbooks customer support team asking for Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-10 working days for the money to be credited to your account.
Q.14: Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Netbanking?
No, in case you paid via credit card/ debit card/ netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

How long will it take to cancel my order?
We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation process is complete.
What about refund after cancellation?
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under PaySecure scheme. We take anywhere from 7 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
